Your referral code is generated using your social nickname and is unique to you. Codes cannot be transferred, reassigned, or used by anyone other than the registered partner.

Each referral code is valid for 6 months from the date of generation. After expiry, a new code must be generated to continue participating in the program.

Partners who show no referral activity for 3 consecutive months will be marked inactive and removed from the program. A new code must be generated to re-enter.

Commission is paid only after a referred client has paid their invoice in full. Partial payments do not trigger payout. If a client does not pay, no commission is issued.

Partners must remain contactable via Telegram or email at all times. Failure to respond within 14 days results in inactive status. Any leads attributed to your code during that period will not qualify for commission.

Partners are required to read the NXTGEN FAQ and attend monthly partner update meetings to stay current on services, pricing, and program changes. Outdated information you share with leads is your responsibility.

A referred client may sign up for multiple services simultaneously. Commission is calculated at 10% per service and paid cumulatively. There is no cap on earnings per client.

Partners must not publicly criticise, spread negative sentiment about, or disparage NXTGEN BIZ & Co., its team, clients, or services — during or after participation in the program.

This program is for genuine word-of-mouth referrals only. Partners may not market this program as a sub-service within their own offering or recruit others into it for personal gain. Misuse results in immediate removal and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

Partners may not offer monetary rewards or incentives to individuals in exchange for signing up to NXTGEN services. This constitutes fraudulent solicitation. NXTGEN BIZ & Co. reserves the right to publicly warn the community, expose associated channels, and disclose digital identities of any partner in violation.

All referred leads and clients must present a valid referral code when booking a discovery call. Leads who arrive without a code cannot be retroactively attributed. No code = no commission, regardless of any prior communication.

Commission payments are made via stablecoin or bank transfer. Bank transfer is not available for partners based in India, Pakistan, Philippines, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, or Eastern Europe. Stablecoin is the only method for those regions.

Partners must be fluent in English. Preferred referral channels are English-language. Non-English referrals may not be attributable and will not qualify for commission.

Fake, replicated, or fraudulent referral codes will not be accepted. NXTGEN BIZ & Co. will publicly warn the community about any individual found generating or distributing counterfeit codes.

All registered partners are subject to biweekly account verification. If inconsistencies are found — including fake accounts, inactive profiles, or false information — the partner will be suspended immediately, publicly reported, and any outstanding balance will be forfeited permanently.

All leads and commission payments are subject to audit at any time to ensure fairness to genuine referrers. NXTGEN BIZ & Co. reserves the right to withhold payment pending audit if attribution is disputed or appears inconsistent with program rules.
