Who We Are

NXTGEN BIZ & Co. is a Web3 growth and marketing consultancy registered in Singapore, working with early-stage founders across APAC, MENA, and the Americas. We help crypto and Web3 projects launch, grow, and scale through fixed-scope, project-based engagements — strategy-first, no fluff, no retainer traps.

Our services range from community growth and go-to-market execution to PR, paid ads, B2B lead gen, and fractional CMO support. Projects are scoped between $999 and $7,900 — making them a natural first conversation with any founder watching their burn.

The Role

Own the Full Sales Cycle

We’re building our first BD contractor team — four people, fully remote, no exclusivity required. This is a commission-first contractor role with a clear, performance-gated path to a guaranteed monthly base. Built for someone who’d rather earn 15% on every deal they close than wait for a salary someone else controls.

You own the conversation from first outreach to signed contract. We give you the services, pricing, collateral, and deal support. You bring your founder relationships, your network, and your ability to close.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • 01Prospect Web3 founders through LinkedIn, X, Discord, events, and your existing network
  • 02Qualify leads and move them toward discovery conversations
  • 03Run discovery calls and co-scope proposals with the founding team on higher-value engagements
  • 04Close fixed-scope project deals across NXTGEN’s full service catalog ($999–$7,900)
  • 05Identify upsell and repeat-purchase opportunities within closed accounts
  • 06Maintain accurate pipeline records and submit a weekly activity report every Monday
  • 07Represent NXTGEN using approved offer sheets, pricing, and messaging in all client-facing communications
The Candidate

Who You Are

This is you

  • Already operating inside the Web3 founder ecosystem — through communities, events, advisory work, or prior BD roles
  • You have real relationships with founders and know how to turn a conversation into a closed deal
  • You work independently and manage your own pipeline without being chased
  • Comfortable in at least one market: SEA, MENA, Korea, or the Americas
  • Happy to take this role alongside other projects — conflicts disclosed upfront

This is not you

  • Still learning the Web3 space on the job
  • Needs daily direction or structured onboarding to start prospecting
  • Expecting a salary before delivering results
  • Unwilling to follow weekly reporting and pipeline discipline
Compensation

Commission only

Net collected revenue on every deal you close. No base, no draw.

Close 3 deals in 100 days → unlock Phase 2
Phase 3 · Senior BD
$2,500/mo
Base + 10% commission

For top performers closing STRATFORGE, B2B Lead Gen, and FCMO packages.

Subject to performance review & written approval

If 3 deals are not closed within 100 days, the accrual resets on Day 101. Stated upfront — no surprises on either side.
