B2B Lead Generation Service Terms and Conditions

By purchasing the B2B Lead Generation service from NXTGEN BIZ and Co., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms are binding upon payment.

1. About NXTGEN BIZ and Co.

NXTGEN BIZ and Co. is an experienced Web3 marketing and business development consultancy specializing in blockchain ecosystems. The company operates through two legal entities: NXTGEN BIZ and Co. PTE. LTD. (Singapore UEN: 202316244Z) and NXTGEN BIZ and Co. LLC (United States).

2. Service Description

The B2B Lead Generation service is a done-for-you outbound pipeline system built to contact qualified Web3 investors, partners, and enterprise clients on behalf of the client. The service operates primarily through LinkedIn using Sales Navigator and Expandi, supplemented by Apollo for email outreach, CRM integration, and LinkedIn content strategy to warm the audience before outreach begins.

What is included:

  • Ideal customer profile (ICP) definition and targeting setup
  • Apollo and CRM setup and integration
  • LinkedIn profile optimization recommendations
  • LinkedIn content strategy to warm the target audience
  • Outreach sequence writing in the client’s voice, including 3 to 5 message variants
  • Setup and management of outreach sequences via Expandi
  • 3,000 to 5,000 cold prospects contacted per month via LinkedIn
  • Daily outreach management within LinkedIn safe usage limits
  • Full reply handling and lead qualification within 24 hours
  • Booked calls delivered directly to the client’s Calendly
  • One-page prospect brief delivered before every booked call
  • Monthly performance report including contacts sent, response rate, qualification rate, and calls booked

What is not included:

  • Sales Navigator subscription (approximately $100 per month, paid directly by the client)
  • Expandi subscription (approximately $99 per month, paid directly by the client)
  • Apollo subscription if required (paid directly by the client)
  • CRM subscription costs
  • Closing deals. NXTGEN BIZ and Co. delivers booked calls. The client is responsible for closing.
  • Community growth, content creation, or paid advertising

3. Payment Terms

The B2B Lead Generation service fee is $3,500 USD per month, payable upfront at the start of each month before work begins for that month. A minimum commitment of 2 months is required.

Month 1 covers ICP definition, Apollo setup, CRM integration, LinkedIn content strategy, sequence writing, and system launch. Month 2 onward is full outreach velocity.

Tool subscriptions (Sales Navigator, Expandi, Apollo, CRM) are paid directly by the client to the relevant platforms and are not included in the service fee.

Accepted payment methods: stablecoin (USDT, USDC), bank transfer, wire transfer, and credit card (USD only). The client is responsible for all transaction fees and applicable taxes.

4. Refund Policy

All monthly payments for the B2B Lead Generation service are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced for that month. No refunds will be issued for any reason including dissatisfaction with response rates, qualification rates, or booked call volumes.

If outreach volume targets are not met due to factors within NXTGEN BIZ and Co.’s control, the month will be extended at no additional cost. Response rates, qualification rates, and conversion rates depend on the client’s offer quality, ICP definition, and market conditions. These cannot be guaranteed.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide access to their LinkedIn profile for outreach setup and management
  • Ensure their LinkedIn profile is complete, professional, and active before the engagement begins
  • Subscribe to Sales Navigator and Expandi and provide access credentials
  • Respond to ICP definition questions and outreach sequence reviews within 48 hours
  • Maintain a Calendly account for direct booking by qualified prospects
  • Attend all booked calls or provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule
  • Not simultaneously run competing LinkedIn outreach campaigns that may conflict with the sequences managed by NXTGEN BIZ and Co.

6. LinkedIn Account Safety

NXTGEN BIZ and Co. operates all outreach within LinkedIn safe usage limits using Expandi, a cloud-based automation tool designed to stay within platform guidelines. NXTGEN BIZ and Co. monitors account health daily and adjusts activity if any risk signals appear.

However, NXTGEN BIZ and Co. cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will not restrict or suspend the client’s account. LinkedIn platform policies are outside the control of NXTGEN BIZ and Co. The client accepts this risk by engaging the service. In the event of a LinkedIn restriction, NXTGEN BIZ and Co. will work with the client to resolve the issue and adjust the outreach approach.

7. Confidentiality

NXTGEN BIZ and Co. will treat all prospect data, outreach sequences, CRM data, and business information shared during the engagement as confidential. Prospect databases built during the engagement belong to the client and will be handed over upon request or at the end of the engagement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. The client remains responsible for the full monthly fee for any month in which work has already commenced. No partial refunds will be issued for early termination mid-month.

9. Limitation of Liability

NXTGEN BIZ and Co. does not guarantee specific numbers of booked calls, qualified leads, closed deals, or revenue generated from the service. Results depend on the client’s offer, market positioning, ICP quality, and sales effectiveness.

The total liability of NXTGEN BIZ and Co. under this agreement shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the client in the 2 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to good-faith negotiation, followed by binding mediation in Singapore, and binding arbitration in Singapore if mediation fails.
