RAVE-Growth Service Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 2026

By purchasing the RAVE-Growth service from NXTGEN BIZ and Co., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms are binding upon payment.

1. About NXTGEN BIZ and Co.

NXTGEN BIZ and Co. is an experienced Web3 marketing and community growth consultancy specializing in blockchain ecosystems. The company operates through two legal entities: NXTGEN BIZ and Co. PTE. LTD. (Singapore UEN: 202316244Z) and NXTGEN BIZ and Co. LLC (United States).

2. Service Description

RAVE-Growth is a fixed-scope 6-week Web3 community activation service. The engagement is designed to grow followers, beta user signups, and wallet connections through gamified quests, loyalty programs, direct outreach, AMAs, and professional moderation.

What is included:

  • 1 Core Progression Quest — a customized point-based loyalty system
  • Up to 5,000 manual direct messages across X, Discord, Telegram, and Farcaster
  • 4 interactive AMAs with prizes
  • 8 trivia sessions and mini-challenges
  • Community moderation 6 days per week for 4 weeks
  • 1 comprehensive growth report

What is not included:

  • Rewards and prizes budget (provided by the client)
  • Premium platform subscriptions
  • Ongoing services beyond 6 weeks
  • Content creation outside the program scope
  • Marketing strategy or business consulting
  • Paid advertising, KOL fees, or PR services

3. Payment Terms

The RAVE-Growth service fee is $1,499 USD, payable in full and upfront before work begins. No work will commence until payment is confirmed. By completing payment you agree to these terms in full.

Accepted payment methods: stablecoin (USDT, USDC), bank transfer, wire transfer, and credit card (USD only). The client is responsible for all transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and applicable taxes.

4. Refund Policy

All payments for RAVE-Growth are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including change of business plans, dissatisfaction with results, client-caused delays, force majeure events, or unmet campaign goals.

5. Service Timeline

The RAVE-Growth engagement runs for 6 weeks total structured as follows:

  • Weeks 1 to 2: Preparation phase. Quest design, reward approval, channel access, brand kit delivery, and system setup.
  • Weeks 3 to 6: Active campaign. Quest live, outreach active, AMAs running, moderation active.
  • Post-campaign: Comprehensive growth report delivered within 5 business days.

The 2-week preparation window is firm and non-negotiable. If the client causes delays during preparation, the 6-week promotional campaign will not be extended. NXTGEN BIZ and Co. will reduce deliverables to fit the available time. No refunds or price adjustments will be issued for reduced deliverables caused by client delays.

6. Client Responsibilities

During the preparation phase the client agrees to:

  • Provide platform access within 48 hours of contract signature
  • Supply a complete brand kit within 48 hours
  • Finalize and approve all rewards within the 2-week window
  • Coordinate IT team for Core Progression Quest integration if required
  • Respond to all NXTGEN BIZ and Co. requests within 48 hours
  • Subscribe to required premium tools and provide access

During the campaign phase the client agrees to:

  • Participate in all scheduled AMAs
  • Distribute all rewards punctually each week
  • Approve weekly winners promptly
  • Respond to urgent requests within 48 hours

Platform requirements: a minimum of 300 active members per platform activated is strongly recommended. Active presence on at least one supported platform (X, Discord, Telegram, or Farcaster) is required before the engagement begins.

7. Rewards and Prizes

All rewards, prizes, and incentives used throughout the RAVE-Growth campaign must be provided by the client. NXTGEN BIZ and Co. will track participants and winners and pass winner information to the client for distribution. The client is solely responsible for distributing all announced rewards punctually.

Reward distribution delays or failures impact the client’s reputation. NXTGEN BIZ and Co. moderators will redirect reward-related complaints to the client’s team.

8. Channel Access and Brand Representation

To execute RAVE-Growth, the client must grant NXTGEN BIZ and Co. access to selected community channels. NXTGEN BIZ and Co. will use this access to send messages, host events, post content, and moderate the community on the client’s behalf.

The client’s community will perceive all NXTGEN BIZ and Co. activities as actions of the client’s organization. The client remains fully responsible for their community’s experience, brand reputation, and all impacts resulting from this authorized partnership. Upon completion of the engagement, NXTGEN BIZ and Co. immediately removes access and returns full control to the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

NXTGEN BIZ and Co. does not guarantee specific follower counts, wallet connections, beta signups, or any other growth metric. Results depend on the client’s product quality, reward structure, and market conditions.

The total liability of NXTGEN BIZ and Co. under this agreement shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the client for the RAVE-Growth engagement.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to good-faith negotiation, followed by binding mediation in Singapore, and binding arbitration in Singapore if mediation fails.
