STRATFORGE Service Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: April 2026By purchasing the STRATFORGE service from NXTGEN BIZ and Co., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms are binding upon payment.
1. Service Description
STRATFORGE is a fixed-scope strategy manual delivery service. The engagement includes three comprehensive strategy manuals covering business development, marketing strategy, and community growth, delivered over an 8-week program. The service also includes three walkthrough sessions, one 2-hour handoff session, a complete template library, and tool stack recommendations.
STRATFORGE delivers strategic frameworks and planning documents only. It does not include execution, content creation, community management, paid advertising, KOL management, or any other implementation service. The client is solely responsible for executing the strategies delivered.
2. Payment Terms
The STRATFORGE service fee is $7,900 USD, payable in full and upfront before work begins. No work will commence until payment is confirmed. By completing payment you agree to these terms in full.
NXTGEN BIZ and Co. reserves the right to adjust pricing for future engagements. The price confirmed at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your engagement.
3. Refund Policy
All payments for STRATFORGE are non-refundable. Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with strategic recommendations, changes in project direction, or failure to implement the delivered strategies.
The service fee reflects the time, expertise, and resources invested in research, discovery, strategy development, and document production. These costs are incurred regardless of whether the client chooses to implement the delivered work.
4. Delivery Timeline
NXTGEN BIZ and Co. will deliver the three strategy manuals according to the following schedule:
- Weeks 1 to 2: Discovery and goal-setting sessions
- Weeks 3 to 4: Business Development Strategy Manual delivered
- Weeks 5 to 6: Marketing Strategy Manual delivered
- Weeks 6 to 7: Community Growth Strategy Manual delivered
- Week 8: Finalization, template library, and handoff session
Timelines are contingent on the client providing timely responses, approvals, and access to required information. Delays caused by the client may extend the delivery timeline without entitling the client to a refund or price reduction.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about their project during the discovery phase
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within 48 hours
- Attend all scheduled sessions or provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule
- Not share, resell, or distribute the delivered strategy manuals to third parties without written consent from NXTGEN BIZ and Co.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the three strategy manuals and all templates delivered as part of the engagement. NXTGEN BIZ and Co. retains the right to reference the engagement as part of its portfolio without disclosing confidential project details.
All frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary processes used in the development of the manuals remain the intellectual property of NXTGEN BIZ and Co. The client receives a license to use and adapt the delivered documents for their own business purposes.
7. Confidentiality
NXTGEN BIZ and Co. will treat all project information shared during the engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without written consent from the client, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
NXTGEN BIZ and Co. provides strategic recommendations based on market research, experience, and the information provided by the client. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, community growth, or investment results from implementing the delivered strategies.
The total liability of NXTGEN BIZ and Co. under this agreement shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the client for the STRATFORGE engagement.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action. This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, where NXTGEN BIZ and Co. is registered.
10. Amendments
NXTGEN BIZ and Co. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that engagement. Updated terms will be published on thenextgenbiz.com.
